• Basic Design package: full medical gas system design in accordance with HTM 2022 or HTM 02-01, Includes: outlet schedule, flow calculations, pipe layout design and two free minor modifications.

  • Options:​

    • Plants, Manifolds and LOX tank layout design (basic layout should be provided)

    • Pressure Losses Tables

    • On site discussion meeting (depend on visa availability)

• Outlet Schedule:​​  room by room medical gas outlets schedule.

• Flow Calculations:​​  medical gases flow rates calculations with plant and manifolds selections proposal.

• Design Verification:​​  verifying outlet schedule, flow calculations and/or pipe sizing for existing medical gas designs.​

• Testing:

  • Inspection of Joints after Brazing during installation phase as third party test.

  • Carry on all validation and verification tests as required by HTM.

• Training.
